What should I cook on my Big Green Egg?

The results of the first Twitter / Facebook vote of "What should I cook on my Big Green Egg?", was a close race that resulted in three way tie between Ribs, Chicken, and Salmon. The winner by my decision was Salmon mainly because a great recipe from Natalia for Slammin' Salmon.

Slammin' Salmon:

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 cup olive oil
8 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless salmon fillets

Stir together all ingredients and pour into glass bowl or ziplock bag. Put salmon in and Marinade for at least 2hrs. I like to reduce the left over marinade with white wine and make a delicious sauce!
