	My love affair for the big green egg started a few years ago when I first heard a few friends talking about the Big Green Egg. I had no idea what they where talking about. I was thinking, "is it Green Eggs and Ham or is it Green Ham and Eggs?" They went on to explain that they were talking about a porcelain BBQ that was green and instead of using gas it uses real wood charcoal. I was sure that I understood what they were talking about. Boy was I wrong! I had no idea what they were talking about- until I went over and actually tried a steak. Now, I knew what they were talking about. So for the next 18 months anytime my friend invited me over for dinner my mouth would start to water. After hearing me rant about the Big Green Egg my wife got me an early Father's Day gift.
